The operation model is simple

Select the relevant subscription mode and send us your initial menu for application setup. We will generate QR label for your establishment and ship several labels to your contact address. When guests enter your establishment, they will use smartphone application to scan the QR label and since then they will have your menu accessible and can surf.

What stands behind the ONE APPLICATION for all?

People owning smartphones are having installed dozens of applications from different companies and establishments serving different purposes. They don’t want to have installed 50 applications for 50 establishments like bars, restaurants or hotels. They want one application, which they use and have everything in one structure they are accustomed to use.

How will I administer my menu?

We prepare the initial setup. Afterwards the menu is set-up, you will obtain the credentials and access to web application through you will administer your menu in the future. The application is simple and intuitive available 24x7 for your changes and releases. You can extend menu languages, change texts, prices or pictures of food & drinks. You can even keep different versions of menu and publish it when you are ready to share your new menu for your guests.

Why is it important to keep several language mutations?

Not all clients are locals or are not speaking your language. If you provide them menu in their native language they will be pleased and could recommend you. It’s just bringing your guest high comfort and support expats, travelers or tourists. Further, it brings the benefit that you don’t need to keep or manage printing of menus in many languages and printouts, i.e. you will not increase costs or in contrary you will decrease it when you are maintaining printouts.

How is my menu stored and how do you ensure that our guest has the most recent menu?

Your menu is stored in the common cloud database above which is running Resperanto service as a provider of data into smartphones. It means that data of your menu are not stored on the guests’ devices, but on the server and are synchronized with temporary storage on the smartphone.

How can I share my menu on the web pages or with some other third party (e.g. delivery service, advertiser)?

A lot of restaurants are keeping and administering their menus on several places and spending enormous effort for consistency and synchronization. With our service this is not needed anymore. We provide set of standard interfaces through which you could link your web page to your menu or to third party with appropriate security level. The interfaces are in standard provided in the form of XML and HTML outputs, which could be adjusted based on your design needs. Extra to that, we provide the export function for example for the printing purposes.
